Buildings 29, 30 and 31 Residents may have an interruption in their hot water service.
The threshold pumps need to be replaced and are expected to arrive tomorrow. As soon as they arrive, they will be installed.

The Association approved a much needed upgrade to the entry systems for the gym and pool areas. Previously, Homeowners had access to these areas using two separate keys. The upgrade allowed the key systems to be combined into one electronic access key. This will allow the Association to monitor the use of these areas, which will aid in identifying which parties are damaging the Association’s equipment and common area.
Each Homeowner will receive one access card for free. Access cards may be picked up at Pinnacle Community Association Management, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30AM and 5:00PM. As a reminder, the office is closed from 1:00PM to 2:00PM. Additionally, access keys will be available for pick up on Saturday, May 7, 2011 from 11:00AM to 1:00PM at the Association's Cluhbouse. This will be the only Saturday pick up.
Each unit may only have one active access card at any one time. The cost to replace a lost, stolen or damaged access card is $100.00.
The key for the mailroom, dog run and tennis court will remain the same. If additional keys are needed, they cost $5.00 each.
